Welcome to Team CSL we’re here to make property simple and to support you every step of the way.
We are a family run business with over 27 years’ experience in residential property management across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Since starting out in 1998 , we’ve grown naturally through word of mouth, building long-standing relationships with both tenants and landlords based on trust, honesty and care.
Many of our landlords have been with us for many years and we’re incredibly proud of that. We understand that for many, their property is more than just an investment and we ensure every care is taken when looking after your property.
Alongside our private clients we have the honour to work with Veterans Housing Scotland as their repairs and maintenance team. VHS provide affordable homes to ex service personnel, and we are responsible for the everyday maintenance of the properties and overseeing property refurbishments.
What matters most to us is people. We believe in being approachable, responsive, and easy to deal with, we take pride in the personal relationships we have built over the years with both tenants and landlords. You are always welcome to our office for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat anytime.
Meet the Team
Jenny Skeldon
After Marjory starting the business in 1998, she has now retired and left the company in Jenny’s capable hands. She is responsible for the smooth running of the business and will continue to grow the company from strength to strength with a highly successful team behind her.
Scott Skeldon
Scott has been with us since 2006. He looks after the maintenance of the properties and is responsible for move in and move out procedures. He oversees our property renovations and major works.
Neil Tulloch
After a successful legal career as partner with one of the local solicitor firms Neil joined us as our legal consultant. His knowledge and experience are an asset to the company. He ensures we are ahead of the game with the ever changing legislation within the letting industry.
Karen Bruce
Karen joined us in September 2020 after a successful career in the new build housing market. She is our Property Manager responsible for property inspections, viewings, guiding our prospective tenants through the application process, maintaining close contact with our contractors ensuring we are receiving the best service for our clients.
Robbie Skeldon
Our newest addition to team CSE is Robbie our admin assistant. Taking care of the phone calls, job reporting and booking viewings. He will be on the phone ready to help you.
